As a patient you have the right to access your medical records held by Saville Medical Group.
To access your medical records you should make a request to the secretary team via completing the appropriate application request form. You can collect a form from our reception team, or alternatively download the form.
A maximum charge of £50 charge is made for this service to cover administration costs for the copying of your medical records. These charges are made in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Once your completed form and payment have been received by the department, you will get confirmation by post and, the department will begin the process to obtain and copy your requested records.
Upon receipt of your completed application, we aim to disclose your records to you within the maximum deadline of 40 days.
